Once the order is successfully completed, we will transfer your funds to the respective pharmacies, thus completing the transaction. If there are any problems with the order, we will investigate further on your behalf in order to try and resolve it. If we cannot, we will protect you as a customer and refund your money according to our Terms and Conditions. Our offices are located in Mauritius and Singapore.

Do I require a prescription to order from your company?

There are two ways to place an order through fastescrowrefills.net

1. You have a prescription.

If you have an existing prescription then you will be asked to send this to us after your order has been placed so we can send a copy to the pharmacy.

2. You do not have a prescription

If you do not have an original prescription then you will be given the opportunity to work with a licensed physician who will provide an online medical consultation. Your medical information provided at the time of registration will be verified and your medical needs evaluated to determine by the physician if treatment is appropriate. After the physician approves your order, a prescription will be issued and will be sent off to our partner pharmacies for fulfillment. Providing all the information you supplied during registration is accurate, your medication will be shipped without delay. If the physician has any further questions for you before approving your order, we will contact you directly to resolve the issues.

Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilizes the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool or alternatively, by phone. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that in certain circumstances may not require a physical exam.

Order Questions

How much do you charge for shipping my online medication and how long will it take?

Please see our Delivery page for more details.

Can I buy more than a three month supply at a time?

Yes and no. It depends on the online medications that are being purchased, their size, the destination country, and the stock situation at the point of purchase. In the majority of cases ordering a three, six, or even a nine month supply of medications will not pose a problem, but the pharmacy reserves the right to request additional shipping charges if the order is too large to be covered by their typical shipping fee, and as some countries limit a maximum import of three months’ supply at a time, the pharmacy may have to split the package into separate shipments to meet this regulation. In this event, we will contact you to confirm before the order is dispatched.

Can I request specific expiration dates for the medications I order?

All online medications shipped by the pharmacy have a minimum of one year expiry date from the time they are shipped. If you require a longer expiry then please be sure to include that in the notes section when placing your order. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you with your requirements.

In the event the pharmacy only has a medication with expiry dates less than 1 year than we will call you to confirm before the shipment is made.

Why are the pharmacy's prices so low? Are the prices on sale?

The United States is the only country in the world that doesn't put restrictions on what manufacturers can charge for their medications. It only makes sense that the rest of the world is going to offer the same medications for less, so why pay more? It doesn't matter where you order from, as all brand name medications originate from the same manufacturers. Because our service only works with fully licensed pharmacies, you can rest assure that you will always receive genuine products.

The prices listed on fastescrowrefills.net are set by the pharmacy. As our service gives you access to several discount online pharmacies around the world, they are in competition with each other for your business which means you can be sure they are always providing the lowest available prices. The pharmacy makes its profits by keeping the customers happy, and as their everyday low prices seem to be doing the trick, they are not going to change that anytime soon. Do not fall prey to other discount online pharmacies that offer low prices for the first order and then substantially increase prices for every refill. These pharmacies lock you into their company by holding onto your prescription and making it very difficult for you to go elsewhere.

With regards to products being on sale, we are always sending out promotions and discount coupons throughout the year, amounting to hundreds of dollars in savings. Be sure to provide your email address when placing your order so you don't miss out!

Are Generic Drugs just as Safe as Brand? Why are they so cheap?

This is one of the most asked questions we receive from our customers. Generic drugs are not only just as safe, but in some cases they are made by the exact same manufacturers in the exact same facilities as the branded medications. Generic drugs contain the exact same active ingredient as the branded one and the FDA requires the generic manufactures to ensure the drugs are delivered and absorbed in the body the exact same way as the branded drugs. To put it simply, the generic is an exact copy of the brand but with a different shape size or color to ensure they do not infringe on copy write patents.

I found some products cheaper on another discount online pharmacy websites, will you match the price?

We are quite happy to match the price of any legitimate and fully licensed online pharmacy on the Internet. With that being said however, we will do our own due diligence before matching the price so please be sure that the website you are quoting the price from matches our idea of a legitimate pharmacy. We cannot and will not match the prices to a pharmacy whose legitimacy we cannot easily verify or that looks or behaves in a fraudulent manner (i.e.: by not listing their address, phone number, and business information publicly).

Please note that if a price for an online medication seems too good to be true, it probably is. Many discount online pharmacies are listing products that have no identifiable origin and may or may not be real medications. These pharmacies can afford to price their medications substantially less and as a result they may look like a better deal, but in many cases you really do get what you pay for. Please keep in mind that the legitimate pharmacies all purchase their medications from the same depots around the world, so prices will remain very similar and thus any substantial deviation in these prices should be approached with caution.

If you suspect an online medication listed somewhere seems too good to be true, be sure to call the company listing the medication for sale and ask them for information such as the medication's manufacturer, how long they have been in business, their business license number, and their address and contact details (if they are not visible on the website). Use this information to do your due diligence before making any commitments online - your health is not worth the risk!

Are the products mailed to me the same as what I get at my local pharmacy?

Yes and no, depending on what you selected. Some drugs have different brand names due to marketing decisions made in their country of distribution (for example: Pfizer markets Paxil as Aropax in New Zealand). Also in some countries, the medications come packaged differently than you may be used too. A typical example would be a blister pack instead of a bottle, or vice versa. Lastly if you are used to ordering the brand name of a medication and then order a generic, the medications will look different due to patent laws (it would be illegal for a generic manufacturer to make the medication look identical to the brand name). Generic medications have the exact same active ingredient as brand names and will have the exact same effect; they just tend to be much cheaper as they do not have to spend the money for research and marketing costs.

If I don't see my prescription medication on your price list, does that mean your company doesn't carry it?

There are literally 1000's of medications available on the market and not all are listed on fastescrowrefills.net. We do however list the most common medications and our partner pharmacies are frequently updating our website with what they are able to offer for sale. Please note: many times we list an online medication for sale but a customer does not know how to spell the medication name correctly and as a result, fastescrowrefills.net’s prescription drugs search engine may indicate that we don't carry it. When searching for an incorrect medication name, you will receive misleading results, so if you can't locate what you are looking for then please contact us and we will assist you in your search. In the event a medication is not listed we can also contact the pharmacy to see if they can provide it for sale.

If you still can't find a particular medication online then be sure to fill out our medication request form so we can contact you when it becomes available.

Please note, our pharmacies wont provide for sale any controlled substances.

How do I place an order for multiple people living at the same household?

To save on shipping and processing, the discount online pharmacy is more than happy to send multiple prescription medications to a single household address, even if the medications belong to different people. For example, a husband and wife could order both their medications at once and only pay the shipping and processing fee once.

The ordering process is the same whether you order for one person or many. You simply search for all the online medications you would like to order, follow the sign up instructions, and then fill out the address you would like them sent too. The only difference is that at the end of the order process when you are asked for your health profile, you will need to enter the information for the primary person on the order and then put in the notes the same information for others who are also ordering their online medications under the same order. The physician will need the medical data on all patients who are placing orders for medication from our service before the order can be approved for dispatch. If you have any questions on how to provide this data, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Remember, we are here to save you money any way we can!

What is your return policy?

As fastescrowrefills.net is not a pharmacy but only the middle man between you and the pharmacy, it is our job to protect both parties during the transaction. When placing an order with our service, it is very important that you understand that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason. If the pharmacy ships you out the wrong medication by mistake they will send you a new shipment immediately to compensate for the error. We will require you to send back any incorrectly dispatched medication so please do not open or discard it.

If the pharmacy has fulfilled their part of the contract and sent out what you ordered but for whatever reason you no longer need or want the medication, no refund can be given. It is in this manner that we can keep the prices low and ensure a safe and fraud free environment for everyone involved.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

If your order has already been dispatched from the pharmacy, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. If your order has not been dispatched you will be charged a $20.00 USD cancellation fee. If the reason for the cancellation is due to a shortage or backorder of a medication or a problem with fastescrowrefills.com or any of the pharmacies we will not charge you any cancellation fees.

I wish my package to be sent discretely, can you arrange this?

All  packages are already sent discretely to protect your privacy, however, if you have any special packaging requests then please be sure to include a note in the special "notes" box at the end of the order page.

What do I do if one of my products in my order is back-ordered?

f any of your online medications are back ordered, you will be notified by our customer support center of the delay and the expected time the product will arrive in stock to the pharmacy. Please note that in most cases if a product is out of stock in one pharmacy, we usually have it in stock in another, and we will make the automatic switch to ensure no delay in your order fulfillment. We will only make the switch if the product is identical to what you ordered. For example, if you order brand name Lipitor (manufactured by Pfizer) we will only send you the same branded product by the same manufacturer, it may just be shipped from a different location than what you initially selected. We will never interchange branded products for generic products unless previously agreed upon by yourself (we will call you in such a case). We may opt to change generic products for branded if the generic medication is unavailable.

In the event of any order change whereby the sale price differs, we will never charge you extra without your explicit consent. In most cases, if a product is not in stock where you ordered it from and is in stock somewhere else at a more expensive price, we will change the product and take the loss. It is only in special circumstances where we may need to charge you more and will always call you to confirm before doing so.

I wish to receive a discount on my online medication order, who do I contact about this?

Discounts are frequently distributed by our company for larger orders or special circumstances. The best way to find out if you qualify for such discounts is to contact us, and we will be glad to assist you.

I wish to order in bulk, is this possible?

Yes of course. There are however many formalities that must be considered when ordering in bulk, including but not limited to the possession of special import permits for your country of destination, licenses to handle such quantities of product, and various shipping guidelines that must be met. We have many customers that order in large quantities on a regular basis and can assist you in all these matters. Simply email: [email protected] for further information. Please be sure to include the products/dosages you are interested in, the exact quantities, the target price (in USD), the time frame you are interested in, and the destination country.

I want to apply a discount coupon after I place my order, is this possible?

Unfortunately there is no way to apply a discount coupon after your order has been placed. If you missed the opportunity to use your coupon and it is about to expire, please contact us and we will see what we can do about extending it for your next order.

I want to change my order after placing it, how can I do this?

This is only possible when the order is in "New Order", "[Hold] Status - Now Processing", "[Hold] Status - Waiting For Payment To Be Processed" status. If the order has been sent to the physician or pharmacy it will not be possible to make any changes. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

I want a copy of my receipt for a particular order, how can I get this mailed to me?

This can be done by logging into your account and then going to your Order History. Now you have the option to VIEW your order details, PRINT your order details, and EMAIL your order details. The PRINT option will open a file with your online medication invoice that you can save and print directly from your computer. The EMAIL option will email you the same receipt to the registered email address on your account.

Will my insurance company reimburse me for the online medication I order through your company?

This is best checked with your insurance company prior to placing your order. We will provide you with a legal invoice to submit to the insurance company and they are welcome to contact us to check on certain details. It is important to note however that we will never release personal information about you or your order history without your prior consent, so you must tell us in advance before you submit your claim so that we can place a note on your account that verification with XYZ insurance company will be allowed, otherwise the only information we will release to a third party will be our company information for their records.

What are the rules on referring customers?

To prevent abuse we do have a few rules to obtain the credits for referrals.

1. We only allow 1 account per person. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and credits will not be given if they are found.
2. We only allow 1 account per household. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and credits will not be given if they are found.
3. Users found abusing the referral system will have their credits removed for any reason that Escrow Refills deems necessary.
4. Escrow Refills has the final say if credits are issued to the referrer and referee after stringent checks are made to determine if they are genuine.

Payment Questions

Why does my account say "Cheque" when I paid for my online medication by credit card?

If you paid by credit card and your account shows paid by "Cheque", that means there was a problem charging your credit card when the order was placed. It could be insufficient funds, or just incorrect information. We will try again the next day and if there is still a problem we will contact you for resolution. If you notice this error before we do, please contact us to help speed up the process. Also note that even after the issue is fixed, the order will still say "Cheque" however your order status will indicate that processing is underway.

What is the CVV number you ask for on your sign up page? Where can I find it?

If you paid by credit card and your account shows paid by "Cheque", that means there was a problem charging your credit card when the order was placed. It could be insufficient funds, or just incorrect information. We will try again the next day and if there is still a problem we will contact you for resolution. If you notice this error before we do, please contact us to help speed up the process. Also note that even after the issue is fixed, the order will still say "Cheque" however your order status will indicate that processing is underway.

CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/MasterCard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number.

What payment methods will your company accept?

fastescrowrefills.com accepts Visa, International Money Orders (cashable outside the USA and Canada if you are from those countries) and Western Union. For larger orders (more than $1,000 USD), we also consider the use of a Wire Transfer however you should contact us before placing such an order.

If I send in a check or money order how long will it take for you to receive it and too process my order?

Sending in a check or money order for your online medication is the slowest way to send us payment and as a result it will affect the speed of your order. We will be unable to process your  order until payment has been received and depending on the country you are sending the payment from and whether you are a new or existing customer, there may be even further delays while we wait for the payment to clear. We do not suggest this form of payment if you need your order to arrive quickly. Typically it takes about two weeks for us to receive your mail assuming that there are no delays in the post. We recommend that if you are sending payment for your online medication by mail, you always use a registered service preferably with a tracking number so we can trace it in case of delays.

Can I pay by wire transfer?

We are receiving many requests from customers asking to pay for their order through the use of a wire transfer. We are happy to comply with this method but only for larger orders due to the time and effort involved in facilitating and checking for the transfer. We also accept this form of payment when all other forms of payment are not possible (your credit cards won't work). For more information about sending us a wire transfer, please be sure to contact us.

My credit card was refused, why?

Credit cards can be refused for a number of reasons, many of which are out of both your and our control. When you place an order with a credit card, the information you submit goes directly to our merchant bank at which point it is tested through various fraud checks internally within our bank. If our bank accepts your transaction it must then contact your bank and request authorization to charge your card using the same details that you submitted (name, address, card details, amount, etc.) If your bank allows the transaction it will return a successful response, and if not it will return as a declined transaction.

As you can see, there are many channels your transaction must pass through before it is accepted and if there is a problem with even one of them your entire transaction for your online medication will be declined. In the event it is declined, a member of our accounting team will be alerted and they will check the information you submitted to make sure it is correct and complete. They will also likely try to submit the transaction again manually to see if they get a different response, and if they do they will continue with the order normally. If they are still unable to process your card manually they will pass the information over to our customer service team who will then try to contact you to verify/correct the information and try the entire process again.

It is a cumbersome process when using credit cards online, and one must understand that if there is a problem when charging your card it will affect the speed of your order since we cannot continue with the online medication order until the card has been successfully charged. If you are placing an order with your credit card, we advise you to check your order history and see if your account shows a green "Credit" indicator which will indicate a successful transaction. In the event you see a red "Cheque", you should call us immediately to try and rectify the problem.

Please note that some banks will require your authorization before they accept the charge from our company. For example, if you normally use your card only in the USA and your bank suddenly sees a transaction from overseas they may think that the transaction is suspicious and wish to speak with you before allowing it to go through. In this case, they may call you to confirm or you may need to call and alert them of your approval. We recommend you check with your bank after placing an order just to make sure everything went through successfully. It is important to note that all credit card processing through our company is done outside the USA and Canada.

I don't recognize the charge on my card, is it from your company?

The best way to tell if you were charged by our company is to contact us and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to check for you. Be sure to also confirm the amount of your transaction matches the amounts located in your account.

I was double charged, who do I contact about this?

If you were double charged please accept our sincerest apologies. Sometimes there is a communication error between our website and the bank and as a result the website will automatically try again causing a double charge. Many times we will notice this before you do and refund you immediately, however if you notice the error before us then let us know and we will issue the refund without delay.

My refund hasn't showed up on my credit card yet, how long should it take?

It can take up to seven business days for your refund to show up on your credit card. Many times it will show up in only three business days but sometimes there are bank delays that are out of our control and for this we apologize in advance. If you have not received your refund in seven business days then please be sure to contact us right away so we can follow up with the bank and find out why.

The amount charged on my card doesn't match my order amount, why is this?

This is quite possible and the reason why is because some of our banks do not charge in US dollars but rather in other currencies such as the Euro. Because the currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, the amount charged will not exactly equal what it shows on your invoice. In fact, in many cases it will show less as each day we undervalue the exchange rate to give you a slight discount before charging you. Of course, some banks also like to take their commission for these multi-currency transactions and if your bank is like this they may charge you extra fees as well. Unfortunately we can't do anything to avoid this but if for some reason your credit card shows that you were charged much more than the amount you paid please contact us and send in a copy of the statement (fax or email) and will we do our best to rectify the matter by applying an account credit. We will be unable to refund back to your credit card any fees charged by your bank.

Do I have to pay sales tax on top of the price?

When you order through fastescrowrefills.com the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees, taxes or surprises on your credit card statement when you order through us. We believe that keeping the costs as low as possible will benefit all involved and have made this a key feature in our service.

Please note that there may be additional charges on your bank statement from your bank for performing an International transaction, currency exchange or other bank fees. There may also be import duties payable to your countries customs. These fees are not charged by us and therefore we have no control over theadditional expense caused by such charges.

Order Status Questions

Why is my order on "New Order" status?

When an order is in this status, it means that it has not yet been approved by our staff and sent to the physician for review and you can still make changes such as adding and removing products or changing the quantity. You may also cancel an order in this status but are still subject to the cancellation fee.

Please note that an order in this status does not indicate that the order was successfully charged on your credit card. Be sure to check your online medication order status regularly, as if there was a problem with your order, then the status will change from "New Order" to "Waiting for [Payment]".

Why is my order on "[Hold] Status - Now processing"?

Your order may be on "[Hold] Status - Now Processing" for any of the following reasons:

1. Waiting for one or more documents to complete your order (please contact us after you send in all documents to make sure we have received them)

2. Billing and Shipping address are different and we are waiting to confirm with you as to why (if you use a billing address in a different state or country than your shipping address, we will always need to speak with you before processing your order, so be sure to contact us)

3. Pharmacy has an item out of stock or back ordered and we are waiting to switch your order to another pharmacy for fulfillment. If you ever see your order on this status then it is a good idea to check with us and ensure that everything is proceeding as normal. While we attempt to call all customers to rectify problems or delays with their orders, it is sometimes difficult for us to reach people and this causes further delay. When in doubt, contact us, we are always here to help you.

Why is my order on "[Hold] Status - Waiting For Payment to Be Processed"?

Your order is on this status because your payment initially failed when placing your order and our accounting department is now trying to process your order manually. Usually this will be done within one business day from the date of your order. If you see your order on this status for longer than that, then you should contact us for a resolution as soon as possible. Once payment is processed successfully, we will send it to the physician for review. However if we are unable to process your payment, we will then put your order on the "Waiting for [Payment]" status.

Why is my order on "NZ Bookmark"?

This is a perfectly normal status indicator for anyone ordering products from the New Zealand Pharmacy. This is only a temporary status and will generally change to indicate that all online medication has been sent to the pharmacy within one to two business days.

Why is my order on "Sent to Physician for Approval"?

Once your order has been placed, paid for, and approved by our staff then it will be sent to our physician for review of your medical profile. Only after this approval can the physician then send it through to the pharmacies for fulfillment. Usually this will be done within one business day; however there can be delays depending on what online medications you order and whether the physician requires more information from you before approving the order based on your medical profile/history. If you see your order on this status for longer than that, then you should contact us for a resolution as soon as possible.

Why is my order on "Physician Putting Order on Hold - Waiting For More Information"?

Each order placed through our service must be reviewed and approved by our physician if a prescription is not provided. If there are any conflicts with your medical profile/history in regards to the products you order, then the physician will put your order on this status until more information is supplied. In certain cases we may have to cancel the order if the physician believes you do not require the medication or if taking the medication will harm you. In any event, once your order is on this status we will contact you to resolve it. If you notice that your order is on this status and we have not contacted you yet, than pleasecontact us for a resolution as soon as possible.

My order hasbeen on "[All] Documents Received - Sent to Pharmacy" for quite some time and no tracking has been sent to me, is there a reason for this? Is there a problem?

When the order is in this status it means that the order has been passed to the respective pharmacies and we are waiting for them to update the tracking numbers for the products shipped. Typically this is done within one week after they have received the order, however it could be longer depending on whether or not the items are in stock (at which point you will be notified). If you do not receive tracking in your account after one week, you should not be alarmed as frequently the pharmacies ship items out within three business days but they may update the tracking information in bulk once per week and thus there will be a delay as to when you receive the tracking information but no delay in the receipt of your order. In any event, if you do not have tracking in your account after one week, we encourage you to contact us just to make sure that there are no other problems and so that we can follow up with whatever discount online pharmacy is causing the delay.

Why is my order on "Waiting for [Payment]"? Did I not already pay you?

This could be for several different reasons. If you paid by credit card and the payment failed, then your order will change to this status and you should contact us immediately to try and rectify the problem. Your order will not be processed further or shipped until payment is received. If you opted to pay by cash, money order, check or any payment through the mail, we will change your order to this status until the payment has been received. If you paid by Western Union, then your order will also remain in this status until you send us the correct information to collect the funds. This is done to ensure a correct and a safe online transaction.

Shipping Questions

My order has not shipped yet, what is the delay?

There are a number of reasons why your order may not have shipped yet and the easiest way to learn why is just to contact usand ask. For quick reference however your best indication of why your order hasn't been shipped is to check the order status and for the most part it is pretty self explanatory. If the status is "Waiting for [Payment]" there is a problem with your payment and you must contact us to resolve the problem, or we are still waiting for your payment to arrive in the mail. For a more detailed explanation of the various drug delivery status codes, please see our order status FAQ.

My order was shipped but the tracking numbers are not yet showing up in the courier service, what is the problem?

When tracking information is sent to you, it is important to note that it may not show up in the courier's website until many days after the pharmacy has shipped your order. In most cases, the package must reach the destination country (your country) before any tracking will be displayed. As such, you must be patient while your order makes its way around the world to you. If tracking is not showing up seven business days after it is entered in your account then we ask you to please contact us so that we may pass a query onto the courier to make sure there are no unexpected delays.

My order was refused by customs, what do I do now?

We have prepared a small write-up to explain the process of what happens when customs refuses entry of your order, please read it carefully first and don't hesitate to contact us for any clarifications or further information.

Why would Customs return my package?

For those who are new to ordering their medications from abroad, it is important to know that all packages are subject to refusal when entering a country’s border. This is by no means a cause for concern. It is your customs' job to accept or deny the mail coming into the country and medications are no exception. As there is no way for them to know whether the medications are legitimate, the customs' officer will usually return all medications to the origin pharmacy as a precaution.

Could my medications be fake or inferior?

This is a common question asked by our customers and it is very important they understand how our service works when compared to all the other online pharmacies on the Internet. When you place an order with our service, we not only protect you from online fraud we also protect you from the fears of receiving fake or inferior products. All our pharmacies and pharmacists are verified to be fully licensed in their respective countries and our due diligence also confirms they are ordering from only licensed manufacturers. We work in a closed system where the potential for introducing fake or inferior products is non-existent. When you order from us you can order with confidence!

What will happen to my order now?

Our guarantee states that you will get your products and a refused package from customs is no exception. Simply contact us and we will notify the pharmacy to prepare a reshipment of your order and depending on the availability of your products in stock, we will have your new tracking number sent to you right away.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As the pharmacy must repackage and ship your order again, the waiting times are the same as those quoted on your order receipt.

Will my order be refused again upon the reshipment?

There is always a possibility that your order could be refused again but the chances are very slim. Typically less than 1% of the orders we ship are refused by customs.

If my order is returned to the pharmacy, can it be reshipped?

Yes, we can reship your order. We will charge you another shipping fee if the order was returned to us because you did not pick up the package or if you supplied us an incorrect shipping address. If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on your part, we will not be able to reship until we have first received the original order back to the pharmacy.

I am out of medications and need priority processing, can I get this?

You should call us in advance to let us know you require priority shipment of your order. Alternatively, you can now requestPriority Processing on the sign up page when you place your order. Although the pharmacies do not ship it any other method than the one that they currently do, we can ensure your order jumps to the top of the queue and is shipped right away to try to save you a few days on the fulfillment time. Please note that although we can guarantee that the pharmacy will ship the order right away (assuming that the products are in stock), we cannot guarantee that the shipping company will bring it to you without delay. Once we place the order in the mail, it really is out of our control.

My order is later than the listed shipping times, why is this?

This could result in an order being refused by customs or an unforeseen delay with the shipping company. Please do not wait too long for your package to arrive. If it is outside the listed shipping times, contact us so we can investigate further.

I want to cancel my order after it has been shipped, is this possible?

Unfortunately you cannot. As the pharmacy has already purchased your products and paid for shipping we must fulfill our contract with them and reimburse them for your order. You may only cancel your order before it has been shipped from the pharmacy, and even that will be subject to cancellation fee.

What is Priority Processing and how does it work?

At the time of placing your order, you will be given the option to register for Priority Processing. The way Priority Processing works is fairly simple - when you place an order with our company you are put into a first in, first out (FIFO) queue. Naturally, customers who order first will have their orders shipped first and as a result, during busy periods and when certain items may be limited in stock, those customers who placed the order first will be given preference both on the available stock and shipping. For those customers who require their order to jump to the front of the normal FIFO queue, we have now setup a Priority Processing service in which they are able to do this. There is a small $7.50 USD charge for this service due to the extra maintenance and administration on behalf of the pharmacies. It is also important to note that if your item is out of stock, there will still be a delay in shipping your order while the pharmacy orders the stock requested.

Premium Member's already have automatic Priority Processing and will not have to pay for this service.

What is Discreet Packaging and how does it work?

At the time of placing your order, you will be given the option to register for Discreet Packaging. This is a service by which the pharmacy will disguise the true contents of your package to prevent theft and protect your privacy from nosy neighbors or family members. There is a small $3.50 USD charge for this service due to the extra maintenance and administration on behalf of the pharmacies.

Premium Member's already have automatic Discreet Packaging and will not have to pay for this service.

What countries do you ship to?

Our pharmacies ship medications to almost every country worldwide; however they may refuse to make a shipment to a particular country if there was a problem shipping there in the past. For example our Indian pharmacies cannot ship to Argentina, however the European and Oceanic pharmacies can.

The pharmacies working in partnership with fastescrowrefills.com will not ship any pharmaceutical products to the following countries: Australia (all medications are okay except injections or human products - original prescription from Australian doctor required), Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Sweden, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Questions

How can I tell that the online medications I ordered are legitimate?

The branded medications come with the original instructions and packaging that contains the lot number and expiry that can be cross checked with the manufacturer. The generics also come in original packaging; however most of the generics from India come only as the blister packs with the manufacturer information printed directly on the reverse of the blister. You will never have to worry about the origin of the medications you order through fastescrowrefills.net. We have done our due diligence on both the pharmacies and the suppliers they order from so that you can rest assure you will always receive what you order and never an inferior product.

I received only part of my order, where is the rest of it?

There are two occasions where you receive only part of your order.

  1. When you order from multiple pharmacies each pharmacy will ship the medication separately and thus you will receive separate parcels in the mail - each containing part of your order. Please note that parcels will not necessarily arrive at the same time.
  2. When you have a very large order, the pharmacy may split the order into two or more separate shipments spaced roughly one week apart in which case you will receive the remainder of your order shortly after the first part has arrived.

As always, if you have any questions you may always contact us and we will be glad to clarify things for you.

The medication I ordered looks different than what I am used to, why is this?

This can and will happen when you order medication online from different countries, especially when you are ordering generics which can be manufactured by several different manufacturers. Because a generic medication can be manufactured by any company, each company will use the exact same active ingredients but the process of creating them may differ and thus the shape, color, and size of the tablets or capsules may differ slightly to distinguish them from their competitors.

When you order brand name medications, the majority of the time the only difference you will notice is in the packaging of the medications such as the language on the box or the method of storage (blister pack vs. bottle). Frequently manufacturers market the same medication under a different name in different countries (for example: Pfizer markets Paxil as Aropax in New Zealand), and as a result you may receive a box of medication where the name will be different, however the manufacturer and the active ingredients are identical. In fact, if you visit the respective manufacturer's website you will also learn the different names they market their medications under.

The medications I ordered are written in a foreign language, how do I know this is what I ordered?

As our pharmacies are located in different parts of the world the packaging for their medications will differ to cater to their target market. Although the language may differ on the box, the medications are identical.

I was unable to pickup my parcel and it was returned to the pharmacy, what do I do now?

If your parcel was returned to the pharmacy for any reason you have two options:

  1. We can charge you shipping again and reship out your package
  2. We can deduct the cost of shipping as well as a 10% restocking fee and issue you a refund for the remainder of the order.

Please contact us in such a situation so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Can I return my medication after it has been delivered?

The only instance in which you can return a medication after it has been delivered to you is if the pharmacy sent you the wrong medication or if the medication arrived damaged. In the event of either of these scenarios, the pharmacy will promptly reship the medication to rectify the mistake.

Under no other circumstances can we allow a product to be returned or refunded outside these scenarios.

I received the wrong dosage of medication, what do I do?

lease contact us immediately so we can inform the pharmacy*. The correct medication will be promptly sent to you.

*Please note that in some cases photographic proof may be required to prevent abuse.

The medications in my order were damaged during transit, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately so we can inform the pharmacy*. Your medication will be promptly resent to you.

*Please note that in some cases photographic proof may be required to prevent abuse.

HCG Diet Questions

What is HCG Pregnyl

What is HCG Pregnyl and how does it work?

HCG Pregnyl (human chorionic gonadotropin) is a hormone that is produced by the female placenta during pregnancy. HCG is an FDA approved medication normally used for female fertility issues and pediatric hormone therapy known to be able to cause ovulation. It also has some other uses such as in prepubescent boys to initiate the dropping of the testicles or more recently it has been used in the widely successful diet created by Dr. ATW Simeons.

What are the side effects of HCG Pregnyl?

The most common side effect reported with HCG use is pain at the injection site which can include bruising, redness, itching and swelling. It is also possible that some patients suffer from an allergic reaction which can result in a rash, swelling or pain at the injection site.

For a full list of side effects please consult your doctor.

Is HCG Safe?

Yes! HCG is a natural hormone that is produced by the human body. Dr Simeons has done extensive research on the safety of HCG Pregnyl when used for weight loss and there is no evidence of any side effects. However you should always consult your doctor before administering any medication as there may be pre-existing conditions which may interfere with the HCG Pregnyl. If you are currently taking any other medication do not start a treatment with HCG without approval from your own doctor.

Is HCG safe for men?

HCG is totally safe for men. There is no evidence that HCG is not safe to be used in men or women because it is found in every living tissue in both sexes naturally.

Is HCG Legal?

HCG Pregnyl is FDA-approved for use in Fertility. HCG for use in weight loss is considered “off-label use” which is perfectly legal and very common in the medical industry. Laws vary from state to state and it is not federally regulated. You should always check your local laws before ordering any medication online.

How much does HCG cost?

The cost of HCG Pregnyl will depend on the dosage, quantity and brand of the HCG you wish to purchase. To view our current prices please visit our HCG Pregnyl page.

What is the difference between ampules and vials?

An ampule (also known as ampoule or ampulla) is a sealed glass container which contains a pharmaceutical product. To retrieve the medication within the ampule the patient must break the top of the ampule and extract the medication.

A vial (also known as phial) is a small glass container used to store medication such as liquids or powders. There are several different type of closure systems used in today’s vials.

-    Crimp vials (closed with a rubber stopper and a metal cap)
-    Lip vials (closed with cork or plastic stopper)
-    Screw vials (closed with screw cap or dropper/pipette)

What is the difference between the different names?

Currently we stock several different brands of HCG Pregnyl (Sigma, High Purity, HUCOG, Organon, Ovidac, Kizer-G, Zykog). There is no real difference between the different brands, they are just produced by different manufacturers who choose to label with their own branding. All HCG works the same way, thus having the same active ingredients and same effect. The only difference will be in the manufacturing process and the packaging styles.

High Purity HCG is known to be more potent due to its manufacturing process however this is not a clinically proven fact. It is known to ensure better storage, better quality and thus, better results.

What is bacteriostatic water?

Bacteriostatic Water (USP for injection) is a sterile, nonpyrogenic preparation of water for injection containing 0.9% (9 mg/mL) of benzyl alcohol added as a bacteriostatic preservative. Bacteriostatic Water is supplied in a multiple-dose container from which repeated withdrawals may be made to dilute or dissolve drugs for injection.

Bacteriostatic Water is chemically designated H2O.

Do you sell bacteriostatic water?

Yes we do, please access this link to buy Bacteriostatic Water.

What do I do with the Bacteriostatic water i recieve with the HCG.

The mixing solution you will receive with the HCG will need to be discarded because it is not enough for the HCG Diet Protocol. You will need to purchase additional Bacteriostatic water or purchase one of the HCG Mixing Kits for use with the HCG Diet.

What is the difference between 1000, 1500, 2000, 5000 and 10000 I.U.?

The difference in I.U.’s (international units) is just a difference in product dosage, just like you would get 5,10, or 20mg dosage in tablets or capsules.

What is an I.U.?

An I.U. (International Unit) is a unit of measurement for the amount of a substance, based on measured biological activity or effect. To determine the amount of I.U. is simple math.

For example if you have 5000 I.U. of HCG Pregnyl and you add 5ml of solvent, you divide the I.U. by the amount of solvent you have used.

5,000 I.U./30ml = 166 I.U. per mL

If you add more or less Bacteriostatic Water to the HCG Pregnyl it will not change the amount of I.U. you have, but rather the amount of I.U. per mL.

What is the most popular brand of HCG?

All of our customers have certain brands that they prefer. Some will prefer vials over ampules or vice versa and some like how certain brands react compared to others etc. It’s more or less like choosing a favorite soft drink, we all have our preferences.

What does High Purity mean?

High Purity is another brand name for HCG (like Organon or Ovidac). All HCG will act in the same general way as it contains the same active ingredients, however there may be a difference in the manufacturing process. The high purity brands are said to have a better manufacturing process which can ensure better storage and a longer lasting potency.

Will HCG show positive on a pregnancy test?

Yes and no. Generally testing HCG Pregnyl on a pregnancy will give a positive result.  However we have noticed in several cases that this is not always true. Pregnancy tests are used to detect the hormone in a woman’s urine; they are not designed to detect the medical equivalent of HCG in a pharmaceutical form. If you are testing your HCG on a pregnancy test and you get a negative result, this does not mean that there is no HCG present and there is no cause for alarm.

Is the HCG manufactured from animals?

HCG Pregnyl is not made from animals. HCG Stands for “Human” Chorionic Gonadotrophin.

Is the HCG derived from the placenta or from urine?

HCG is synthesized by the developing embryo and the human placenta during normal pregnancy. However the source of the HCG for medical use is from the urine of pregnant women.

Who manufactures HCG?

here are several different 'brands' and several manufactures of HCG Pregnyl.

Storage and Mixing

How do I store the HCG once I receive it?

Once you receive the HCG you should store it in a cool dry place at room temperature (59° to 86°F)(15° to 30°C). After it has been opened and reconstituted it should be stored in the refrigerator (36° to 46°F) (2° to 8°C).

How long will it last once it is opened?

If it is refrigerated the HCG can be used up to 30 days from the date of mixing. It is ideal that the HCG be used within the 23 day protocol as the potency will start to diminish with time. If you are on the 43 day protocol it is recommended to use a fresh vial of HCG after 23 days. Some dieters choose to use the 1500 I.U. vials which last about 12 days (using 125I.U per day) to ensure a more potent mix.

How do I mix the HCG?

HCG Diet Instructions 23 day with 2000IU HCG by Injection

We are mixing 2000 IU of HCG for a 23 day phase. For your mixing supplies, you will need your alcohol wipes, your mixing syringes, your bacteriostatic water, your empty vials and your HCG. First, you are going to wash your hands and then sterilize the surface of the area you will be working with. Next, you are going to disregard the water that comes with the HCG, there is not enough water to get you through your phase, so, throw it away. Next, you are going to sterilize the tops of all 3 bottles, just take the tops off, open an alcohol wipe and wipe down the tops of all 3 bottles. Next, you are going to open your mixing syringe, make sure the cap and the needle are on tight; take the cap off, we are going to withdraw 2 cc of air, inject the air into the bacteriostatic water because the bacteriostatic water is pressurized, it should automatically come back to 2 cc. Make sure that there is no air in the syringe. If there is air, you are not getting a full 2 cc of water and then make sure that you extract again the full 2 cc. Then, you are going to add 1 cc of water into your HCG and then the rest of the water goes into your empty sterile vial. Now, extract the HCG mixture and add that to your vial and add the cap back onto your needle. Separate the needle from the syringe. This will last you 7 days for refrigerate, then within 7 days with your extra bacteriostatic water, vials and mixing syringes, you will mix again.

You are going to want to make sure that there are no bubbles in the syringe. If there are, you are not getting a full 5 cc. Then pull and make sure that you have a total of 5 cc in your syringe. Next, you are going to inject 1 cc of water into your HCG and then make sure when you mix it because the HCG is freeze-dried, it should automatically mix correctly but if there is anything at the bottom just twist and turn, make sure all the powder is liquefied. Put the cap back on your needle, twist and turn, separate the needle from the syringe put your HCG in the fridge and that will last you for 23 days.

HCG Diet Instructions 23 day with 5000IU HCG by Sublingual

Okay, we will be mixing a HCG for the 23 day sublingual phase. For this mixing, you will need your mixing syringes, your amber bottles, your HCG, the liquid B12 vitamin and the colloidal silver. First, you want to go ahead and disregard the water that comes with the HCG, it is not necessary for this mixing, so go ahead and throw it away. Next, you want to take the cap off the HCG, you will need your mixing syringe and the colloidal silver to mix the HCG. Go ahead and let’s open the colloidal silver first and open the mixing syringe. Make sure the needle is on tight to the syringe, take the cap off and you will need 2cc of the colloidal silver to mix your HCG. I will usually pull more than the 2cc, roughly around 3 because you will get bubbles and if you get bubbles, you are not getting the full 2cc. So, you just want to make sure that you get all the bubbles out and then I just took put what I don’t need back into the bottle. Then, you add the 2cc of the colloidal silver to the HCG. The HCG is freeze-dried which means as soon as the liquid hits the powder; it will automatically liquefy the powder, but, you will want to make sure that the bottom that there is not anything, any white residue on the bottom. If there is, just go ahead and mix it around a little bit. Put the cap back on the needle because we will be using the needle here shortly and the cap to the colloidal silver and we need your amber bottle, take the cap off, remove the cap from the needle and extract the HCG-Colloidal silver mixture and make sure you get all the liquid out of the HCG, add that to the amber bottle. Next, we will be using the B12; you will need 13cc of the B12. Take the cap off, extract your first 10, add that to the mixture, the HCG-colloidal silver and then go and extract your 3cc. Again, I usually do little bit more than what I need to make sure there are no bubbles and then put back what I don’t need. Add the 3cc to your amber bottle, put the cap back on the needle, twist the needle off of the syringe, put the cap on your HCG mixture and put the cap back on the B12. This mixture will last you for 15 days, after 15 days, you going to go ahead and mix it again with your extra mixing syringe, your extra amber vial and the excess of your colloidal silver and your B12 vitamin and the rest for your HCG.

Sublingual Vs Injection

What is Sublingual?

Sublingual administration simply means medications that are placed under the tongue (taken sublingually) so that they can be absorbed directly into the small blood vessels that lie beneath the tongue. This method of administration is usually indicated for small molecules for rapid absorption.

The HCG can be administered sublingually, but to ensure that it maintains its full integrity it is combined with colloidal silver and vitamin B12. This route of administration is an alternative to the injection method (subcutaneous or intramuscular).

The sublingual mixing kits which we carry will allow you to mix and administer the HCG by the sublingual route while ensuring the maximum efficiency of the medication.

What is Injection?

HCG administration by injection includes the subcutaneous and intramuscular routes. When using these methods the medication is delivered in close vicinity to surrounding blood vessels through which the medication can be absorbed systemically.

When using the injection method the medication can be delivered by two routes.

A) Subcutaneously:

For the subcutaneous route, a needle is inserted into fatty tissue just beneath the skin. The subcutaneous route is used for many protein drugs (insulin and the HCG) because such drugs would be digested in the digestive tract if they were taken orally.

B) Intramuscular:

For the intramuscular route, a needle is inserted into the muscle of the upper arm, thigh, or buttock. This technique delivers the medication in the muscular regions where the medication will get absorbed by the surrounding blood vessels. The injection methods are usually indicated for larger molecules which would get disintegrated if it was administer by the oral route.

The injection mixing kits which we carry will allow you to mix and administer the HCG by the injection route while ensuring maximum efficiency of the medication.

Which one is better?

Most hormones (Insulin and the HCG)  have been administered by the injection method for years and it has  proven to be the most effective route of administration for these substances.

The advantages of the injection method are:

1) Most effective and economical route of administration
2) Protein drugs that are large in size, such as insulin and HCG can be administered by this route while   maintaining the maximum integrity of the medication.
3) The medication is readily absorbed into the systemic circulation (blood stream) without altering there pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (drug movement and effects).

The disadvantages of the injection method are:

1) Patients compliance is poor.
2) Patient is subject to infections if not administered under aseptic conditions.
3) Patient has discomfort when using this method.

When taking the HCG by the sublingual route the following advantages and disadvantages should be taken into consideration.

The advantages of the sublingual method are:

1) Excellent patient compliance
2) Less chances of infection
3) Ease of administration

The disadvantage of the sublingual method are:

1) It is not as effective as the injection method
2) It might have an unpleasant taste for some patients
3) Usually more expensive when compared to the injection method

How and where do I inject the medication?

Intramuscular (IM) injections are given deep into skeletal muscles, typically into the buttocks, arm and thigh. The choice of injection site is based on a desire to minimize the chance of the needle hitting a nerve or blood vessel. The needle size is usually a 1 inch needle for the intramuscular depth.

Subcutaneous (SC) injections pierce the epidermal and dermal layers of the skin and deliver the drug into the loose subcutaneous tissue. Following injection, the drug enters the capillaries by diffusion or filtration. In the subcutaneous method the same regions as the intramuscular are chosen but the depth of penetration is much less as compared to the intramuscular methods. Therefore it is administered typically into the buttocks, arm and thigh but more superficial using a 1/2 inch insulin needle.

Technique:

1) Disinfect the area using the alcohol wipes; wait until the alcohol evaporates completely to ensure maximum asepsis.
2) Ensure that there are no air bubbles in the syringe.
3) The needle should be inserted at one stroke, which will result in least tissue damage and avoid any bending of the needle.

What do I need to do the diet sublingually?

Sublingual drugs are administered by placing the medication under the tongue. The medication is then rapidly absorbed directly into the blood stream. Place the drops under your tongue for 2 minutes.

The sublingual mixing kits which we carry will allow you to mix and administer the HCG by the sublingual route while ensuring the maximum efficiency of the medication.

What do I need to do the diet intramuscularly?

When doing the diet intramuscularly or subcutaneously the correct needle size should be selected and the environment should be disinfected before it can be administered. The HCG mixing kits contain the exact apparatus for administering the medication by the subcutaneous method.

How much medication do I use per day?

The HCG is measured in International units which is a unit of measurement for the amount of a substance. The amount of HCG that can be administered daily is 125-250 I.U per day depending on the patients age, weight, sex and genetic makeup. This is known as the recommended daily dosage and any dosage within this range is proven to be safe for the dieting purposes. The daily dosage is specific for each individual. Please consult your doctor for more information.

General Questions

How much weight can I lose?

This depends entirely on the individual. Generally patients can lose between 1-2lb per day over a 23 or 43 day protocol. The HCG Diet protocol needs to be followed strictly and any stray from the protocol will result in a partial or complete failure of the diet. It is recommended that you read “Pounds and Inches” to gain a full understanding of how the diet works.

Is it safe to lose 1-2 pounds per day?

Yes, because the weight that you lose on the HCG Diet is adipose fat (abnormal body fat) tissue rather than lean muscle mass, studies have shown it to be safe. This means that the weight loss will not affect needed muscle, minerals or vitamins essential to maintain good health. The loss of this unattractive, almost useless fat is the key component to the HCG Diet and is the main reason why the Diet is so popular.

Who is Dr Simeons?

Dr. A. T. W. Simeons first discovered the benefits of HCG Pregnyl in the treatment of obesity in the 1950’s. While practicing in Rome, Italy he saw firsthand how patients lost significant amounts of weight while on HCG and a strictly controlled diet of 500 calories. During his studies he noticed several benefits to this diet in which patients had no side effects you would normally see when on such a restricted diet. For example, hunger pains, headaches, weakness or irritability as long as the HCG was being administered daily.

I am only allowed to eat 500 calories per day?

By reducing the calorie intake to a specific 500 calories your body will feed off the abnormal fat cells and burn the energy from these fat stores. We recommend you read Dr. Simeons “Pounds and Inches” to get a full understanding of this concept.

Will I be hungry on 500 calories a day?

Because the calories from the abnormal fat that are being burned are being used as fuel, there is generally no hunger by the second week of the diet. For the first few days patients may feel slight hunger pains which almost always subside.

Will I lose weight by eating 500 calories and not taking HCG?

Of course if you are on a reduced calorie diet you will lose weight, but you will most likely lose bone and muscle before the abnormal fat that you are trying to lose. By using the HCG the body uses the extra fat you have for fuel and will not need to feed off your muscle mass. For more information about this process it is recommended you read or listen to Dr. Simeons “Pounds and Inches”.

Can I take my other medications while on HCG?

Please consult your doctor if you are taking any medications and are thinking about starting the HCG Diet.

Can I take HCG while I am pregnant or if I become pregnant?

Please consult your doctor if you are thinking about taking HCG while you are pregnant. If you are taking HCG and become pregnant please see your doctor immediately and follow his instructions.

Do I need to exercise on the HCG Diet?

It is best if any hard workouts are avoided. If you feel the need to exercise than the best form is slow walking for no more than 20 minutes a day. If you exercise too much it will burn more calories and cause your hunger to increase and go into starvation mode because your body will demand more fuel than it can burn though the process of the HCG Protocol.

Can I Drink Alcohol on the HCG Diet?

There is no specific rule against alcohol on the HCG Diet Protocol, however you must be careful how much you drink and the sugar contents of the alcohol you are consuming.  Dr. Simeons did allow a glass of wine with dinner during the maintenance phase of the diet however just be aware that you may not lose as much weight with the consumption of alcohol as you would have without it.

Can I use oils or wear makeup while on the HCG diet?

The HCG Diet protocol strictly forbids the use of oils, lotions, moisturizers or liquid make-up. Because these are absorbed into the body this could slow the weight loss process down. Oil free foundations, mineral makeup or pressed powders should be fine. Lipstick is fine but stay away from lip glosses or chap sticks.

Will I lose more on the HCG Diet compared to other weight loss diets?

Generally patients can lose between 1-2lb per day on the HCG Diet. There is a much higher success rate with the HCG Diet compared to other diets, but a strict protocol will need to be followed in order to achieve this success. As with any diet if the procedures are not followed than failure will certainly follow.
